GSD / 3S is capable of designing and manufacturing extremely high pressure vessels as per ASME and EN standards.Typically up to 500 Barg test pressures and up to 160 mm heavy wall thickness high pressure vessels are within our capability range. Our “3S” shop “Scientific Steel Structures” factory can handle Up to 4000 mm diameter, 10000 mm length high pressure vessels.High pressure vessels are manufactured for steam, water, nitrogen, natural gas or similar media. High pressure vessels are used as seperators, drums, buffer tanks or for similar purposes.As GSD, beside manufacturing of high pressure vessels, we also undertake turnkey contracting, EPC, engineering, construction, procurement, erection, commissioning, maintenance services of industrial plants.Our engineering expertise for designing these critical service high pressure vessels is extensive. All the necessary software are available, ensuring correct wall thickness, nozzle design and welding specifications. Our manufacturing capability for heavy wall high pressure vessels is possible with our deep engineering expertise and our GSD / 3S factory’s strong machinery equipment; precise temperature controlled annealing furnace, heavy wall plate bending machine, and narrow gap SAW welding systems. Particularly our welding expertise is important for quick delivery and economical price.Since the wall thickness is high, welding rejections after NDT (non-destructive testing) is a big problem. GSD / 3S experience for NGW (narrow gap welding) minimizes heat input, welding material consumption and manufacturing time: This ensures a very high NDT (non-destructive testing) success rate , attractive delivery and pricing.QA/QC systems are in place to provide the necessary quality assurance and quality documentation as per the relevant ASME and EN standards, required for such heavy wall high pressure vessels.
